VE Senior Citizens Club presents

Town of Van Etten Town Board is accepting bids for various highway materials. Bid specifications can be obtained by contacting Bob Eastwood, Van Etten Highway Superintendent at 607-589-4549. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Town Clerk's office at 6 Gee Street, PO Box 177, Van Etten, NY 14889. All bids shall be sealed and each bid clearly marked. There should be a FOB price per ton and a delivered price per ton to the Town of Van Etten Highway Dept. Bids will be opened and read on March 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Van Etten Town Board meeting. Town of Van Etten Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All bids shall be sealed and MUST include a Non-Collusion form.

Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Town Clerk's office at 6 Gee Street, PO Box 177, Van Etten, NY 14889. All bids shall be sealed and each bid clearly marked. Bids will be opened and read on March 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Van Etten Town Board meeting. Town of Van Etten reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Successful bidder will provide the appropriate insurance coverage prior to award of contract.
