NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Van Etten on March 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at Van Etten Town Hall, 6 Gee Street, Van Etten, New York, regarding a proposed law entitled “Local Law No. 1 of 2025, Extending The Temporary Moratorium on Development of Large-Scale Solar Energy Systems and Large-Scale Wind Energy Within the Town of Van Etten.” A copy of the proposed law will be available for inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Van Etten, located at 6 Gee Street, Van Etten, New York 14889.
