NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Van Etten on October 10, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Van Etten Town Hall, 6 Gee Street, Van Etten, New York, regarding a proposed law entitled “Local Law No. 2 of 2024, Exceeding New York State Tax Cap.
