NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Van Etten on December 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at Van Etten Town Hall, 6 Gee Street, Van Etten, New York, regarding a proposed law entitled “Local Law No. 4 of 2022, Municipal Water Supply System Rules and Regulations.” A copy of the proposed law will be available for inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Van Etten, located at 6 Gee Street, Van Etten, New York 14889.
